The Dreamer

“I’m a hapless romantic, st-t-tuttering p-poet. Just call me a tragic comic”…

My grandfather used to call me a super-achiever. He saw it in me early—”this one need to transform everything she around her”—he said. I didn’t want to disappoint him. If anything, it became my credo:

I am The Transformer. I transform myself, and everything around me.
I don’t believe excellence is achievable—but I believe we must try.
Because in that pursuit lies the only true path to success.

I’ve spent my career helping businesses and leaders cut through the noise, clarify their brand message, and create undeniable authority that drives real impact and real sales. I bring to every project the precision, strategy, and insight I developed over decades of diverse experience – and I know how to turn complexity into clarity and results.

The truth is, I didn’t start out with a roadmap – I built my expertise through experience, relentless curiosity, and the drive to turn complex challenges into actionable results.

I grew up in poverty in Russia, carrying the quiet weight of childhood abuse. That experience taught me resilience, resourcefulness, and the drive to excel. I became someone who works relentlessly, thinks creatively, and finds unconventional solutions that deliver. Those qualities have powered every step of my professional journey.

I earned my degree in Clinical Diagnostic Medicine and worked as a clinical researcher in a Moscow hospital. I left journalism school at Moscow State University when I moved to the U.S., but not before working at some of Russia’s biggest radio networks – Echo of Moscow, SNC, Radio 7, Open Radio – where I learned how to use words that move people. I wrote for Cosmopolitan, ran events, and worked in PR for global companies like Visa, SAP, Qualcomm, and Tetra Pak.

When I came to the U.S., I dove into software development – starting with UI/UX, moving into product management, and working with brands like Disney, Honda, Schwab, T-Mobile, WellPoint, and Royal Caribbean. I became known for clarity and structure – people started calling me the Documentation Queen.

But I didn’t stop there. I became Editor-in-Chief at a major magazine. I started my own clothing brand and trademarked it. I’ve written countless articles and traveled across nearly every continent – India, England, Australia, Spain, Egypt, Turkey, Belgium, France.

I’ve built a career and a life that works – a combination of skill, insight, and relentless execution that most people wouldn’t even imagine. And I’m not done. At 53, I feel like I’m just getting started.

When I build strategies and messaging for businesses, I bring everything I’ve learned from years in software development, journalism, PR, and leadership: structured frameworks, user-centered design, clarity, and precision. My work isn’t just smart – it’s actionable. I create momentum, build authority, and make it possible to see exactly if a strategy is working.

I’ve built systems, led teams, and launched initiatives that generate results. I know how to help a business go from nearly invisible to undeniable – to craft a voice that reaches the minds and hearts of the right people and drives the growth, authority, and impact leaders are aiming for.

I work with entrepreneurs and small business owners to unlock the true potential of their digital presence. I help you turn your website into a revenue engine—through intentional strategy, AI-powered tools, and conversion-smart development. I will help you create the Brand Message and strategies that actually work – ones that resonate, build authority, and drive measurable impact.

You’ve built something powerful. But your offer/funnel/website aren’t pulling the weight.
That’s where I come in.

I’ve spent 28+ years navigating the complex worlds of software, marketing, UX, PR, and product leadership. I started out as a front-end developer, then moved through roles like Lead Designer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Strategist. I’ve worked with companies like Disney, Honda, Charles Schwab, and Beachbody—but over time, I realized something crucial:

Big organizations have resources. But entrepreneurs? They have dreams—and no room for waste.

That’s why I left the corporate world.
Today, I help business owners simplify the complex, streamline decisions, and make every click, page, and pixel count toward actual profit.

I’ve seen it all: disorganized backlogs, scattered processes, unclear offers, and underutilized tools like Jira or Confluence. The real problem? Misalignment. Between the offer and the user. The vision and the execution. The founder and the funnel.

I fix that.

That’s what I do, come join the team! Let’s go find what’s next. Together.
